It’s difficult for freelancers with no feedback to get a job assigned, so make sure that you:

- Reply fast. A job application will receive hundreds of applicants, so ensure yours is on top of the list.
- Keep your prices low and reasonable. If you have no experience, you cannot charge a premium fee. Your goal at this stage is to gain experience so that you can make money later.

Another way to grow your skills and experience fast is to get a real job as a digital marketing intern in an established agency.

- Semrush – This is the tool I use daily. You can use it for all your digital marketing needs.
- Google Search Console - A free tool by Google to monitor your website's performance in Google.

Digital marketing is a great career choice. Companies need to improve their online visibility, and there is an increased demand for digital marketing jobs worldwide. Digital marketing professionals get higher salaries than other jobs.
In the US, the average annual salary is more than $75K. The fact that you don’t need to be physically present in a particular location makes digital marketing ideal for people who want to work from home.
